Over crests and valleys, crossing small towns and seaside villages, this stage takes cyclists on a hilly ride with unforgettable vistas along the way. The 120-kilometre long road race begins in Kensington’s town centre, and continues past Malpeque Bay toward the North Shore. Cyclists will get a glimpse of the Gulf of St. Lawrence before looping down and up through the hilliest regions in central PEI, through Kinkora, Hartsville and New Glasgow. The peloton will pass through Cavendish, the land of Anne of Green Gables, before racing to the finish line in North Rustico.
